Abstract
使用可生物降解的聚乳酸(PLA)膜取代不可生物降解的空氣過濾器的趨勢越來越明顯。然而,由于偏振效應差、電荷存儲容量低等缺陷,PLA在空氣過濾中的應用仍面臨重大挑戰。這項工作揭示了一種高度定向的結構立體絡合策略,通過取向拉伸和聚(L-丙交酯酸)和聚(D-丙交酸)之間的立體絡合來實現。這導致了靜電紡絲PLA納米纖維(373 nm)的顯著改進。它進一步促進了電活性相(β相、靜電紡絲相、立體復相)的形成,顯著提高了極化性能、介電性能和表面電位(3.64 kV)的性能指標。PLA膜的去除效率顯著提高(90.38%–93.33%,85 L/min),同時有效控制了空氣阻力(273.6–291.0 Pa)。此外,PLA膜呼吸驅動的摩擦納米發電機(TENG)空氣過濾器在呼吸振動觸發下表現出優異的TENG性能(輸出電流:40.6 V),在平均人形呼吸氣流能力為85 L/min和相對濕度為90%±5%時,PM0.3去除效率高達95.02%。這是通過對不同呼吸狀態(準確度:96.88%)進行長期、高度靈敏和精確的監測來實現的,包括電流信號、頻率和波形等特性。最終,該面膜具有出色的生物降解性(在 210 天內完全生物降解)。實現了高效呼吸防護和精準健康監測的多功能集成,為多功能環保空氣過濾器的發展提供了潛力。
