Abstract
燃煤發電排放的粉煤灰(FA)沉積已被公認為農田和煤炭資源重疊地區作物生長的重要微量金屬來源。本研究以小麥微量金屬(Liangxing 99)和葉際微生物群落的總含量和化學形態分布為研究對象,探討了葉際微生物如何影響小麥對FA痕量金屬的吸收以及植物中金屬的遷移和轉化。結果表明:(1)FA顯著提高了麥地上部Cu、Zn和Pb的含量,也顯著提高了根系Cr和Pb的含量。(2)Cr、Zn、Pb主要用鹽酸提取,殘留在地上部和根部(60%以上),Cu主要用乙醇和去離子水提取(近70%)。(3)FA的加入降低了葉際微生物的多樣性,增加了微生物群落的豐富度。主要的細菌群落是變形菌門和擬桿菌門。特征菌與地上筍中總金屬和乙醇提取金屬密切相關。本研究從化學形態和葉片菌群水平上為小麥的痕量金屬耐受性和解毒機制提供了證據。
