Abstract
流化床浮選是近二十年來興起的一種新型分離技術,在礦物領域已被證明具有良好的分離效果。本研究設計了一種基于流化和柱浮選技術相結合的新型裝置——三相流化床浮選塔(TFC),以期在菱鎂礦浮選中達到井選效果。本研究考察了TFC操作參數對不同粒徑菱鎂礦回收率的影響。實驗結果表明,存在不同粒徑菱鎂礦回收的最佳參數條件。在這些條件下,觀察到顯著的 MgO 回收率。然而,超過此最佳極限的流化進一步增加會阻礙回收。此外,在存在礦物顆粒的情況下,使用高速相機檢查了操作參數和床層對氣泡尺寸分布的影響。在建立三相氣泡尺寸的基礎上探索了氣泡加載方法。最后,在傳統細胞顆粒承載模型的基礎上,建立了TFC浮選承載力預測模型。該模型可準確預測承載能力。
