摘要
MoSi2-ZrB2-SiC antioxidant coatings were prepared on niobium surfaces using industrial waste molybdenum silicide rods, ZrB2 and SiC as raw materials by SPS. To study the microstructure, phase composition and high temperature oxidation behavior of the coatings at 1000℃, 1200℃, 1400℃ and 1600℃.The results show that an obvious connecting layer is formed between the coating and the substrate prepared from waste molybdenum silicide rods, ZrB2 and SiC powder. With the increase of oxidation time, the coating gradually thickened with the increase of oxidation temperature, the oxide film gradually increased, the ZrO2 particles gradually increased, and the transition layer formed between the Nb substrate and the coating gradually thickened. The waste MoSi2 contains Al2O3 and SiO2, Al2O3 has a good modifying effect, while SiO2 glass promotes liquid-phase sintering and seals defects in the coating. The MoSi2-ZrB2-SiC composite coatings have good high-temperature oxidation resistance.
